More About Val
Val was introduced to yoga in 2003 when a course in Yoga Basics was offered as an elective at her high school. She felt at ease mentally, emotionally, and physically with her weekly practice and has been practicing yoga ever since.
Val practices and enjoys teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin style classes. She has taught Prenatal classes and since the birth of her son in the summer of 2016, she has become passionate about teaching yoga to mothers and their children.
