Pam completed her 200 hour teacher training with Yoga Motion in 2010. Subsequently she has attended workshops in vinyasa, anatomy and yin which have influenced her practice and teaching style.

More About Pam and Her Class Style

Pam Watts Yoga Instructor demonstrating yoga pose.Pam began practicing yoga in 2000 with a group of fun-loving, dedicated Bitterroot yogis. Since then she has been amazed by her journey on the mat which requires strength, flexibility, concentration and ample doses of humility and humor. She loves yoga for the body awareness and calmness it brings to her life which inspires her to share this practice with others.

Pam’s classes focus on individuality. Knowing that each one of us moves in a unique way she gives tips on individual alignment and encourages everyone to make the practice their own. Her classes work on building strength, fluidity, body awareness and taking the practice off the mat and into everyday life. She is grateful to her teachers Nancy Ruby, and Meg McCraken for encouraging her to take her own practice off the mat.
