More About Cynthia
Cynthia began Yoga with a desire to achieve overall functional physical and mental fitness. Thirty years of experience in lifestyle coaching led to training and certifications in fitness assessment, strength training, dance, and yoga. She continues as an avid skier and bicyclist and appreciates the ability of Yoga to aid in the transitions of seasonal sports and the seasons of life
Formal education in biology and medical technology provides a foundation in anatomy and functional movement. In addition, she brings experience as a clinical hypnotherapist, birthing coach and behavioral modification specialist to her yoga-teaching.
Cynthia enjoys sharing her expertise with all populations and ages but has a particular affinity for the therapeutic aspects of yoga. Cynthia welcomes private and group clients with specific needs. She delights in the challenge of designing Vinyasa-specific formats for individual needs.
