Yoga Basics

The Yoga Basics class is perfect for students new to Yoga, seasoned Yogi’s interested in refining fundamental poses and those wanting a slow-paced, gentle practice.  We will explore the postures of the Sun Salutations and learn to link them with the breath and to transition smoothly from one to the next.  Students will be introduced to Yogic breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques.  Expect to improve flexibility, strength and balance, relieve stress and feel an improvement in your overall sense of well-being.
