Class Detail


This class follows the classical Pilates format. We will focus on core strength, flexibility, balance, and breathing. Whether you have never done Pilates and want to try it out or have been doing Pilates for years and want to deepen your practice, this is a great class for all!

Note: There will be no class 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22 and 3/1.
