An All Level Yoga Class! This fun, engaging class teaches the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses, back bends, and core isolation. Special emphasis is placed on moving in and out of postures safely. We learn correct asana (pose) alignment and how to connect these poses to the breath.
Come practice at noon and discover just how good yoga can make you feel for the day!
Monday and Thursday’s classes are taught by Marla Wyche.
Friday’s classes will be taught by rotating instructors.
