Donation Class

This yoga class provides the benefits of traditional yoga, enhancing body, mind and spirit. It is designed for seniors who want to be energized and enhance their movement and balance. Gentle sequences adapted to the chair will get you started on a holistic approach to ease the aches and pains of everyday living. Join this active group Mondays and Wednesdays 11:00 – 11:45am for a stimulating 45 minutes that will leave you revitalized, motivated and empowered.
